FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

My hours vary from week to week but generally I shoot Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. I try to schedule your portrait session around the best time of day for outdoor lighting while allowing some flexibility for your other time commitments. Contact me for available appointments.

My base is now the Bay Area in California but I often travel to Idaho for shoots. Let me know if you are interested and I'll contact you when I'll be in town.

I welcome payments by Cash, Check (made payable to 'Dragonfly Photo & Design' or Venmo. I also accept major credit cards with a 4% convenience fee added to your total. Just let me know if that is your plan so I can be sure to bring my card reader. 

I typically book 2-3 weeks out. However, my hours between 9 and 3 are much more flexible so for studio shoots (headshots, newborns, littles), I can usually get you in within a week.

All clients are required to pay a $75 non-refundable scheduling fee to hold their date. This amount is transferred to your session fee at the time of your shoot. If you reschedule with more than 24 hours notice, the scheduling fee transfers to your new date. This applies to 2 rescheduled dates only. After the 3rd time, you forfeit the scheduling fee and have to pay it again to schedule with me.
